Each set includes 24 black spline drive conical seat lug nuts in M12x1.5P and a small diameter, spline socket adapter (key) with 3/4″ (19mm) and 13/16″ (21mm) hex head. Shipping is also included within the 50 United States via United States Postal Service fully insured with signature confirmation.

12mm x 1.50 lug nuts work with most Lexus and Toyota 6-lug applications (excluding the 2022+ Tundra / 2023+ Sequoia / 2022+ LX600). Please contact us if you need a different thread pitch or quantity of lug nuts.

These lug nuts are a perfect match for use with any of our wheels styles which were produced prior to 2020 and for the 16×8″ Konig Countersteer Offroad or 17×8.5″ FN Wheels / Konig Verge wheels which are currently in production. If you are purchasing a new set of wheels from us (other than the 16×8″ Konig Countersteer Offroad or 17×8.5″ FN Wheels / Konig Verge), then you will need extended thread (ET) lug nuts which we have available here:
